$400M+ recovered
Sagi founded Shaked Law in 2007 and built it around the cases that change a family's life — trucking, auto and construction deaths, medical malpractice, catastrophic injury. Before suit, the insurer's highest offer in one construction death case was $1 million. It resolved for $22 million.

Meet Sagi.
Sagi Shaked has practiced law since 2000 and founded Shaked Law Personal Injury Lawyers in 2007. At 28, he became one of the youngest lawyers in the United States to win a multi-million-dollar verdict in a single personal injury case — and he has spent every year since litigating catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims for victims and their families.
His caseload spans car and trucking accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, premises liability, drowning and aviation claims.
He is board certified in Civil Trial by The Florida Bar, and the National Board of Trial Advocacy has certified him in Civil Trial Law since 2014. He served as president of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association in 2023 and is a member of the American Association for Justice.
At Trial Lawyers University he teaches the traumatic brain injury case — how to spot it, work it up and try it to a jury — at TLU Beach and TLU Live Vegas. He also hosts Road to Recovery, his firm's podcast on serious injury cases.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Litigation Master Class: From Intake to Verdict
Who This Is For Plaintiff lawyers and trial teams handling (or ready to start handling) mild TBI / concussion, post-concussive syndrome, and moderate-to-severe TBI cases—especially where the defense argues “normal imaging,” “pre-existing issues,” or “it’s just anxiety/aging.” Format A fast-moving workshop: short teaching blocks, case walkthroughs, live issue-spotting, deposition/trial scripting, and “what I would do Monday morning” checklists. By the end of this master class, attendees will be able to: 1. Run a TBI intake that protects the case (red flags, timelines, records, witnesses, baseline function). 2. Build clear medical causation tying brain injury to an auto collision using physiology + evidence. 3. Understand TBI diagnosis in the real world (why CT/MRI can be “normal” and still be a real injury). 4. Select and sequence the right experts (neurology, PM&R, neuroradiology, neuropsych, life care, economics). 5. Draft and execute a discovery plan that wins the “invisible injury” battle. 6. Take and defend depositions that convert symptoms into admissible proof of functional loss. 7. Prepare the case for trial with themes, demonstratives, and jury-proof language. 8. Anticipate and defeat common defenses: malingering, ADHD/depression, prior concussions, degeneration, secondary gain.
