On July 14, 2017 a TWISS Transportation truck ripped through an RV carrying members of the band Adrenaline Mob killing two members and severely injury several others. The trucking company had one million dollars in coverage and immediately paid it. The truck was hauling product for Disney. Learn how we were able to keep Disney in the case, avoid summary judgment and show the trial judge how Disney was either the statutory employer of the driver or in “control” of the driver even though they didn’t own the truck, trailer or employ the driver.
