Feb 27 - When the Court gives you a very limited amount of time for Voir Dire, you don’t quit, you adapt. Brian Panish will teach you how to maximize your productivity in the face of a clock starting with your mini-opening. Now famously called the Panish Board, Brian will teach the philosophy behind it and how it works.

Feb 28 - Panish and Chopra will do a live demonstration of a time limited voir dire utilizing the Panish Board with a live focus group. After that, there will be an analysis of what they did and accomplished.

Mar 1 - Rebuttal is an opportunity to finish strong or crash and burn. In the over 100 jury trials he has done, Brian has developed, refined, and mastered the responses to both the defense arguments both old and new. Brian will teach you how he does it and how you can prepare to shine in your rebuttals. After that, Rahul will give Brian some randomly selected defense arguments in different fact patterns and Brian will give his rebuttals.
