Alicia Campbell and John Campbell will discuss the creation of the world's first AI Trial Scientist. His name is Fred. FRED is built on a backbone of software, AI, and he is informed by the Campbell's expensive experience as pioneers in big data for law. Focus with Fred is a tool that allows attorneys to obtain small data studies of 75 jurors with simple case presentations and 15 minutes of do-it-yourself study building.
They will discuss the use of small-data studies early in cases, during case selection, and on cases that do not have a max value high enough for big data studies.
