Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries can be difficult cases to prove to a jury. Ryan will discuss the strategies and techniques used in his last 2 jury trials to convince the jury that the truck crashes caused mild traumatic brain injuries, even when the first responders and medical providers failed to document symptoms and/or diagnose the mTBI.
