Dan and Kimball will demonstrate a cross-examination of the defense medical expert, using it as a vehicle to teach the core skills of cross-examination.

- Effectively using a flip chart to teach

Dan and Kimball will then demonstrate how to apply these skills to every cross, both in deposition and trial.
