Sorrels will present a cross-examination of a defendant driver who was trying to use a Nuclear Verdicts defense approach to defend a catastrophic auto/pedestrian injury case. The presentation will break down the cross-examination of the driver which ultimately resulted in a $352.7 million verdict against the driver and his company. The company had significant insurance coverage ($500 million) and the defense was attempting to employ the defense set out in the “Nuclear Verdicts” book.
