His courtroom advocacy is strengthened by his background in theater, bringing both persuasion and presence before juries. Widely recognized as one of Colorado’s leading trial lawyers, Kurt has represented hundreds of clients across the state, winning multi-million-dollar verdicts in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
